The Visionary
Mary Towers is the heart (and often the hands) behind The Dinner Ladies — a bespoke catering company built on 25 years of crafting memorable feasts for every occasion imaginable. From secret garden dinners under fairy lights to grand celebrations in the city’s coolest hidden corners, she believes every event deserves to feel like a once-in-a-lifetime gathering.
Her repertoire is wide, but her approach is always the same: listen deeply, plan meticulously, and cook beautifully, using the freshest treasures from local farmers, fishermen, and artisans. Every menu is tailored, every bite intentional, every moment unforgettable.
Her treasury of recipes & ideas is deliciously diverse — seasonal feasts, elegant passed hors d’oeuvres, bountiful grazing tables, multi-course dinners, and of course, her show-stopping paella, cooked the authentic way in her trio of signature pans: a grand 48-inch, a generous 32-inch, and a charming 20-inch. While paella is a star attraction at many of our events, it’s just one jewel in a much larger crown.
